She has been part of the Crisis Negotiation Team and a member of the Crisis Response Intervention Support Program since 2021. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the maintenance, operation and repairs of heavy and light equipment, as well as providing direction to others on your team and more! Parole Officer James Adam Rubin started working for #TDCJ in 2020 and eventually promoted to Unit Supervisor for the Georgetown District Parole Office. Mr. Rubin served as a Specialized Parole Officer for the Day District Resource Center caseload. He has honed his expertise in supervising various caseloads, including his role as a Sex Offender Officer and overseeing the Electronic Monitoring caseload. Additionally, he is passionate about facilitating transformative classes, including Cognitive Skills, Anger Management, and the Victim Impact Panel. Mr. Rubin uses a unique blend of experience and forward-thinking solutions. He continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of parole as well as in his community.
